David is resourceful, strong on process, with entrepreneurial flair and commitment to achieving bottom-line success.

Karl Shaikh - Strategy & Partner Relationships

Karl has 20 years experience providing strategic advice and consultancy for technology companies. With a MBA and a Masters in Finance Karl is a highly skilled project manager with a history of success in business development strategy and implementation. He has worked for both small businesses and blue chips (YooMedia, Cap Gemini, Ernst & Young,  Morgan Stanley, Marconi). Karl enjoys growing businesses and has an appetite for new challenges. Karl is currently based in San Francisco, California.

Ian Swycher - Finance

Ian has 25 years experience in financial management and corporate mergers and acquisitions. He has experience of large PLC's (Esselte AB, News International, Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Grant Thornton) and the SME sector. He has a successful record in strategic and commercial development, restructuring businesses and business-process re-engineering. Ian is highly organised, dynamic and practical.
